The following key terms and general terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the "Playtech Lucky Rush Tournaments" (the "Promotion") available on ww.888casino.ca (the "Site"). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the User Agreement.

1. This Promotion commences on 25/10/2024, 00:00:01 EST and is valid until 01/12/2024, 23:59:59 EST (the “Promotion Period”). 
2. This Promotion is only available to customers registered and located in the Province of Ontario, Canada and over the age of 19 who are not on an exclusion or self-exclusion list and not otherwise prohibited from using our Services pursuant to the User Agreement qualify for this offer with an online account held in Canadian dollars.
3. This Promotion is limited to one per person, household, device, e-mail address, payment method account and/or mobile device, and/or mobile number.

6. The maximum number of spins you can use for this promotion during the Promotion Period is 5,000 per Leaderboard (“qualifying spins”). You can use your qualifying spins across all of the selected games.
7. There are 5 Lucky Rush Tournament Leaderboards hosted on consecutive dates during the Promotion Period, and a maximum of one prize per customer per Leaderboard.
8. Once you have opted into the Promotion through one of the selected games above, you can also earn points by playing one of the specified additional games during the relevant Leaderboard only:

For example, if you play Halloween Fortune during Leaderboard 1 you can earn points. If you play Halloween Fortune during Leaderboard 2, you will not earn points.

9. Schedule

The tournament schedule runs as follows:

1. Leaderboard 1: runs from 00:00:01 (EST) on Friday 25th October 2024 until 23:59:59 (EST) on Friday 1st November 2024
2. Leaderboard 2: runs from 00:00:01 (EST) on Friday 1st November 2024 until 23:59:59 (EST) on Friday 8th November 2024
3. Leaderboard 3: runs from 00:00:01 (EST) on Friday 8th November 2024 until 23:59:59 (EST) on Friday 15th November 2024
4. Leaderboard 4: runs from 00:00:01 (EST) on Friday 15th November 2024 until 23:59:59 (EST) on Friday 22nd November 2024
5. Leaderboard 5: runs from 00:00:01 (EST)on Friday 15th November 2024 until 23:59:59 (EST) on Sunday 1st December 2024

10. The minimum spin value to participate in each Leaderboard is the lowest spin stake on each eligible game.
11. The player must join each network Leaderboard individually. Opting into one Leaderboard will not automatically gain entry to other Leaderboards in the Promotion.
12. Points will be awarded based on the win to bet ratio of each individual spin. For example:

1. Player stakes $2 and wins $100

2. 100 / 2 = 50 Points

3. Player stakes $10 and wins $15

4. 15 / 10 = 1.5 Points

13. Each Leaderboard will take the players top 25 individual scores as the players’ final points total. Any other points earned will be disregarded.
14. If a player leaves a Leaderboard and rejoins the Leaderboard they originally left, they will lose their total earned points and will not be allowed to reclaim any spins already used towards the Promotion.
15. If at any time we detect what we consider to be unfair play or promotion abuse, your participation in this promotion may be blocked and you may not be able to continue in a current Leaderboard or join a subsequent Leaderboard.
16. Leaderboards 1 – 4 are split into 5,000 prizes with the final Leaderboard containing 8,500 prizes. In each case the value of the possible prizes varies depending on your position on the Leaderboard.

Prizes

17. The total value of the Promotion is $500,000 which will be split into $100,000 per Leaderboard. The first 4 Leaderboards will follow the following prize structure:

18. Prizes will be added to your account balance within 72 hours of the Leaderboard ending (or as soon as possible, if there are technical or processing difficulties).
19. All prizes are cash.

How to Play?

During the Promotion Period:

1. Open one of the selected games and click on the picture that appears in the top right-hand corner to join the current Lucky Rush network Leaderboard.
2. Play to win points to get on the Leaderboard.
3. Results for each Leaderboard will be available to players approximately 1 hour after the Leaderboard finishes.
4. In the event of a tie, the player who has the most remaining events available will be considered the higher-ranking player. If players are tied on both points and events, then the player who achieved their score first will be considered the higher-ranking player.
5. Click on the trophy icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to find out whether you qualify for a prize.
6. If you win a prize, we will tell you by email. We will not give your details or details of the prize to anyone else.
7. No player will be able to opt in to a Leaderboard during the final 30 minutes of each Leaderboard.

General Terms and Conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these Terms. These unfair types of play include the following:
   1. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
   2. using more than one account in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer;
   3. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others. This includes taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
   4. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the Promotion;
   5. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the Promotion/bonus; and
   6. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus;
   7. using more than one account per household or per IP address; and/or

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
   1. void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
   2. withhold or remove any winnings relating to any bonus.

4. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the Promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the Promotion, our decision will be final.
